At Elyon Cabinets, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards. This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and owner of the cabinets and is non-transferable.
What Our Warranty Covers
Hardware
Drawer slides and hinges are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions.
Finish Defects
We warrant against peeling, cracking, or blistering of the cabinet finish under normal residential use.
Cabinet Construction
Elyon Cabinets are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.
Hardware

What Our Warranty
Does Not Cover
Natural Characteristics of Wood
Wood is a natural material and may exhibit variations in grain, color, knots, and texture, which are not considered defects and are not covered by this warranty.
Normal Wear and Tear
This warranty does not cover normal aging, wear and tear, or any damage caused by improper use, neglect, or accidents.
Water Damage
Cabinets exposed to excessive moisture or water, such as prolonged contact with standing water or leaks, are not covered. Examples include damage from persistent water leaks, spills not promptly cleaned, or excessive humidity conditions.
Improper Installation or Maintenance
Any damage resulting from incorrect installation, unauthorized repairs, alterations, or failure to follow care and maintenance instructions is excluded.
Claim
Process
Contact Elyon Cabinets' customer service with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photographs of the defect.
Elyon Cabinets reserves the right to inspect the product and may request additional information to process the claim.
Resolution
If a defect is found within the warranty period, Elyon Cabinets will, at its discretion :
- Repair the defective product
- Replace the defective product with a product of equal or greater value.
- Refund the original purchase price.
Please note, replacement parts or cabinets may vary in appearance from the original due to changes in materials or manufacturing processes.
Limitations
This warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of defective parts only. It does not cover labor, removal, installation, or any incidental or consequential damages.
By purchasing Elyon Cabinets, you agree to the terms and limitations of this warranty. Elyon Cabinets reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time.
